Šī lapa paskaidro tavas atteikuma tiesības un to, kā tiek veikta atmaksa par Solara Flames pasūtījumu. Tā ir daļa no mūsu Lietošanas noteikumiem un attiecas uz patērētājiem.
1. Kas ir mūsu pakalpojums
Dziesmas un mūzikas video izveide ir pakalpojums: mēs radām darbu pēc taviem vārdiem un norādījumiem un piegādājam rezultātu digitālos failos (MP3, MP4). Personalizācija pati par sevi neatceļ tavas atteikuma tiesības.
2. 14 dienu atteikuma tiesības
Tu vari atteikties no līguma 14 dienu laikā no līguma noslēgšanas dienas, nenorādot iemeslu. Līgums ir noslēgts brīdī, kad pa e-pastu apstiprini mūsu piedāvājumu.
Ja atkāpies no līguma, pirms esam sākuši darbu, tev nekas nav jāmaksā, un jau samaksātā summa tiek atmaksāta pilnībā.
3. Ja vēlies, lai darbu sākam uzreiz
Dziesmu parasti piegādājam 48 stundu laikā, tātad atteikuma termiņā. Darbu atteikuma termiņā sākam tikai tad, ja, apstiprinot piedāvājumu, tu skaidri to pieprasi un apliecini, ka:
- zini, ka atteikuma tiesības tiek zaudētas, kad pakalpojums ir pilnībā sniegts, tas ir, kad gatavā dziesma (un video, ja pasūtīts) ir piegādāta;
- ja atkāpies, kamēr darbs vēl notiek, samaksāsi par to daļu, kas jau paveikta līdz brīdim, kad mums paziņoji par atteikumu.
Šo pieprasījumu un apliecinājumu tev nosūtām apstiprinājumā pa e-pastu kopā ar līguma noteikumiem. Ja to nepieprasi, sākam darbu pēc atteikuma termiņa beigām.
Dziesma + mūzikas video. Dziesma un video tiek veidoti secīgi. Ja atkāpies pēc dziesmas piegādes, bet pirms video piegādes, atmaksājam video daļu (100 €), atskaitot proporcionālu summu par jau paveikto video darbu.
4. Kā atkāpties no līguma
Paziņo mums skaidru paziņojumu par atteikumu, piemēram, pa e-pastu denissvigovskis@gmail.com vai ar zemāk esošo veidlapu. Pietiek, ja paziņojumu nosūti pirms 14 dienu termiņa beigām. Saņemšanu apstiprināsim pa e-pastu.

5. Atmaksa
Atmaksu veicam ne vēlāk kā 14 dienu laikā no dienas, kad saņemam tavu paziņojumu par atteikumu, izmantojot to pašu maksājuma veidu, ko izmantoji, ja vien nevienojamies citādi. Par atmaksu tev nav jāmaksā.
6. Ja darbs neatbilst līgumam
Neatkarīgi no atteikuma tiesībām tev ir likumīgās tiesības, ja piegādātā dziesma vai video neatbilst saskaņotajam (piemēram, nepareizs vārds, valoda vai notikums, bojāts fails). Tad mēs neatbilstību novēršam bez maksas, un šādi labojumi netiek skaitīti iekļautajā radošo labojumu kārtā. Ja to nav iespējams izdarīt saprātīgā laikā, tev ir tiesības uz cenas samazinājumu vai atkāpšanos no līguma un atmaksu.
Radošās vēlmes, kas nebija minētas sākotnējā aprakstā, tiek risinātas ar iekļauto labojumu kārtu.
7. Zīmolu un projektu pasūtījumi
Zīmolu un projektu pasūtījumi, kurus slēdz uzņēmumi savas darbības ietvaros, nav patērētāju līgumi. Tiem nosacījumi tiek noteikti individuālajā rakstiskajā vienošanās vai rēķinā.
8. Sūdzības
Sūdzības vari iesniegt pa e-pastu vai pastā uz norādīto adresi. Atbildēsim 15 darba dienu laikā. Ja neizdodas vienoties, vari vērsties Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrā vai tā Patērētāju strīdu risināšanas komisijā (www.ptac.gov.lv).

This page explains your right of withdrawal and how refunds work for a Solara Flames order. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to consumers.
1. What our service is
Creating a song and music video is a service: we create work from your words and instructions and deliver the result as digital files (MP3, MP4). Personalization by itself does not remove your right of withdrawal.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. The contract is concluded when you confirm our offer by email.
If you withdraw before we have started work, you owe nothing, and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
3. If you want us to start straight away
A song is usually delivered within 48 hours, which is within the withdrawal period. We only start work within the withdrawal period if, when confirming the offer, you expressly request it and acknowledge that:
- you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, that is, when the finished song (and video, if ordered) has been delivered;
- if you withdraw while the work is in progress, you will pay for the part already done up to the moment you notify us.
We send you this request and acknowledgement in a confirmation by email together with the contract terms. If you do not request it, we start work after the withdrawal period ends.
Song + music video. The song and video are made one after the other. If you withdraw after the song is delivered but before the video is delivered, we refund the video part (€100), less a proportionate amount for video work already done.
4. How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement of withdrawal, for example by email to denissvigovskis@gmail.com or using the form below. It is enough to send it before the 14-day period ends. We will confirm receipt by email.

5. Refunds
We make the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
6. If the work does not conform to the contract
Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights if the delivered song or video does not match what was agreed (for example, a wrong name, language, or occasion, or a broken file). We fix such non-conformity free of charge, and these fixes do not count against the included creative revision round. If it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract with a refund.
Creative preferences that were not in your original brief are handled through the included revision round.
7. Brand and project orders
Brand and project orders placed by businesses for their business purposes are not consumer contracts. Their terms are set in the individual written agreement or invoice.
8. Complaints
You can send a complaint by email or by post to the address given. We reply within 15 working days. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or its Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee (www.ptac.gov.lv).
